US Analytics Lead

Omnicom Media Group acquired Trakken, the #2 GMP reseller in Europe and they are extending those capabilities globally. This role will work closely with the US Google Analytics Lead to develop and deliver capabilities related to Google’s analytics stack. Trakken will grow fast in the US, leveraging Omnicom Media Group’s unparalleled brand and portfolio of clients and partners.

Responsibilities include:

Build US-based consulting capabilities for the analytics side of the business.

Develop and utilize Google Analytics processes and best practices

Consult with top brands on strategy and execution around digital analytics implementation lifecycle: strategy, implementation, QA, support, workshops/training, analysis, etc.

Assist business development and account teams in selling capabilities into Omnicom Media Group clients and partners.

Holistic consulting with top brands around the Google Marketing Platform (focus: Analytics / Tag Manager / Data Studio)

Hire, train and continuously develop an analytics team that is capable of best in class consulting services

Roll up sleeves when necessary to conduct analysis of digital analytics data from customers and provide concrete recommendations for action

Help to develop best practices around debugging implementation and QA/post-implementation issues

Maintain individual level & brand level certification for Google Analytics

Develop and maintain close and direct relationships with the Google Marketing Platform team

Development of training courses and workshops for clients

Participation in early beta testing of new Google Marketing Platform features

Required Education and Experience:

Extensive experience in the world of digital analysis and online marketing, including client-facing experience via an agency or consultancy

Track record of working with clients to deliver successful digital analytics implementations

Experience hiring and managing teams of digital analytics professionals

Depth of expertise and experience in Google Marketing Platform. Excellent knowledge of the use and implementation of digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)

GA and/or GMP Certification

Top tier communication and presentation skills

Passion for familiarizing yourself with new topics and staying on top of the latest and greatest developments in the field
