Our client is a leading regional bank with one of the top analytics departments in the industry.

The Sr. Digital Analytics Associate will play an instrumental role in their growing enterprise digital initiatives, helping the company to make better and more informed decisions. He/she will be responsible for evolving their digital strategy through data and helping to drive more personalized and relevant experiences for their customers.

The Senior Digital Analytics Associate is responsible for utilizing digital data to drive analysis and insights which help to enrich their relationships with their customers and drive more relevant and personalized experiences. He/she will partner closely with their digital leaders to understand the digital strategy and business context and proactively provide actionable recommendations informed by data. This role is designed for someone who is intellectually curious, helping to evolve their data-driven culture and become even more outcome-focused and hypothesis driven. This team member will be responsible for architecting digital measurement & learning plans and providing timely updates on performance to continuously optimize their customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and staying on the cutting edge of the digital landscape.

Responsibilities include:
Lead digital analysis and insight generation for website, Online Banking, and Mobile Apps (iOS/Android)

Provide proactive insights and alerts into emerging trends and performance anomalies

Develop measurement & learning plans which define our quantitative and qualitative goals for digital programs

Lead the development of new analysis visualizations and utilities which empower digital stakeholders to access and analyze performance data

Help develop digital data best practices and infuse into project work streams

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or other analytically related discipline)

SME in digital analysis or strategy

Proficiency with SQL or other common analysis languages and programs

Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, or similar tools such as Google Analytics

Fluency in Excel

The ideal candidate will also have experience working in financial services and agile working environments, though is not required

Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead projects end to end

Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to translate complex data details in a clear and concise manner for larger audience business partners
