Revenue & Marketing Analysis Manager

The Manager, Revenue & Marketing Analysis is the “scientist” for the Consumer Marketing team. While this role reports to VP, Revenue Planning & Analysis, this person will work closely with the leaders of Audience Development, Lead Generation, Acquisition, and Loyalty teams, as well. This person has strong analytical skills and will be the Business Intelligence muscle on the team, working closely with Data & Insights on relevant metrics, dashboards and reports, making sure every strategy, project and initiative is set up for success and measured in correspondence to overall business goals of the organization.

What You’ll Do:

Support VP, Revenue Planning & Analysis in business results analysis and key metrics’ tracking

Own Subscription Marketing metrics dashboard and improve it in accordance with changing business requirements

Create a system of constant tracking of business metrics related to on-going initiatives and reporting on progress

Work closely with project owners on strategy for key tests and initiatives

Proactively identify opportunities for audience, subscriptions & revenue growth as well as other key enterprise goals, and work with Marketing team leaders on testing/implementation roadmap

In collaboration with Product and Data & Insights teams, set up, implement and report on A/B tests, pilot projects and other innovations

Make projections and model impact of projects on the marketing roadmap

Offer data-backed recommendations on key initiatives based on results & performance

Who We are Looking For:

Significant experience in Data & Analytics with experience in financial analysis/planning

Strong analytics acumen (SQL, Python/R are not required, but are a plus), data visualization skills, and experience in implementing key initiatives

Comfortable working with large sets of data and maintaining an acute awareness of detail, while maintaining the ability think conceptually and strategically

Experience/ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, CDP tools, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. Proficiency with Excel is a requirement.

Strive to deliver business results and follow through on key initiatives

Self-starter with the ability to think proactively

Ability to prioritize and project-manage multiple initiatives on own plate as well as for cross functional projects

Ability to maintain a collaborative work atmosphere by communicating effectively with management and peers.
