Our client is an international enterprise SaaS company (UK-based) with some of the leading data platforms in the marketplace. Their customer data platform, data management tools and fraud prevention technologies are best-in-class.

They are looking for a product marketing manager to reporting directly to the Head of Brand. The Product Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand our products inside and out, and use that knowledge to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. You will also collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials.

The Product Marketing Specialist is an experienced content marketer, preferably with global experience in markets including the US, UK, Ireland and EMEA. This individual excels at the creation and execution of strategic content marketing plans and understands the role of messaging and content in driving brand awareness and growth.

This role demands a proven track record of delivering creative, engaging demand gen and thought leadership content that drives conversions, including (but not limited to) blogs, guides, case studies, and email nurture sequences. The Product Marketing Specialist will be a subject matter expert, content wizard, and master of personas – clearly articulating to the market and internal collaborators what is different, better, and remarkable about the company.

Core Responsibilities

Work with Head of Brand to develop content and messaging that resonates with our ICP and differentiates our solutions from the competition

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption

Work with the product team to understand new and existing products, and identify opportunities to enhance messaging to our target buyers

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use that information to inform content and product marketing strategy

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including event and sales collateral, as well as to understand what customers want and need

Support the Demand Generation team in creating content for social media, paid ads, events, etc.

Manage content marketing planning and timelines

Create go-to-market strategies for new product/feature launches and updates to existing products

Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies focused on generating demand and brand awareness

Actively research and identify emerging opportunities, best practices, and new ideas in marketing personalization and value-driven content marketing

Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance, evolving to maximize effectiveness

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related function

5+ years of experience in product and/or content marketing, preferably in the technology industry

Experience supporting Enterprise software sales preferably in an in-house capacity

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product

Talent for translating technical product details into tangible benefits for customers

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Superb analytical and strategic thinking skills

Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools; HubSpot preferred

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Desire to move quickly and be willing to pivot based on market conditions
