Head of Demand Generation

Our client is an international technology company (UK-based) with some of the leading data platforms on the marketplace. Their customer data platform, data management tools and fraud prevention technologies are best-in-class.
They are currently seeking a Head of Demand Generation to work together with their Vice President of Marketing and their Head of Brand, along with the Solutions sales teams to maximize awareness and drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
This executive will be experienced in global marketing including the US, UK, Ireland and abroad, along with expertise in developing and executing demand and lead generation strategy globally. The individual will manage a small team of marketers/agencies/contractors as it relates to demand generation, including event management, social media and social media advertising, as well as marketing analytics.
Drive and execute lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most efficiently and cost-effectively.
Develop lead-generation plans to deliver a significant volume of MQLs through ABM campaigns (email, paid social, paid advertising, advertorials, etc.), email marketing, PPC, organic social media and paid social advertising, event marketing, gifting strategies, and new marketing channels.
Oversee and execute as needed on social media presence, including organic social posts, paid social advertising, interaction and industry-focused social group participation.
Work with the Head of Brand to create and execute lead-generative content and nurture strategies.
Work with the Public Relations Manager to align campaigns and lead generation efforts with press and publication opportunities.
Oversee the efforts of the Marketing Events Specialist and assist with brand awareness and lead generation opportunities pertaining to industry conferences and/or events.
Rigorously measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust strategy to maximize ROI.
Analyze industry trends, market conditions and competitors’ marketing tactics to identify new opportunities.
Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline.
10+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in demand generation or sales enablement at a B2B technology/SaaS company.
Employee management and mentoring experience.
Strong bias for action: ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven experience establishing and executing marketing strategy as it pertains to demand generation.
Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team.
Highly organized with an ability to manage resources and budgets.
Strong communication skills – written and oral.
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Metric driven with the ability to compile and draw insight from complex marketing data.
Proficient with Hubspot CRM and Hubspot CMS with a strong grasp on workflows and advanced reporting.
