VP of Sales - Analytics Services

Our client is a fast-growing, mid-sized professional services firm with deep expertise in digital and marketing analytics.  They are looking for a Director or VP of Sales to be based on the East Coast of the U.S.  The role will require leveraging and building upon your network of analytics professionals with a view to uncover new revenue opportunities and winning new relationships, particularly with Marketing Analytics and Digital Analytics.

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated track record of winning big dollar analytics engagements with Fortune 1000 companies. In particular, the candidate would be comfortable securing and managing SVP/VP level relationships, and playing the role of a trusted advisor when it comes to strategizing around analytical initiatives. His or her ability
to conceptualize and communicate compelling solutions that bridge the business challenges of clients with the firm’s analytical capabilities would be a key requirement for the position.

Responsibilities:

Deliver against revenue targets set with Geo leadership

Develop a pipeline of prospects and opportunities

Design and execute offering/win strategy within each prospect

Ensure appropriate post-win traction by liaising with account management and delivery
teams

Represent the firm at conferences and other events

Requirements:

Extensive experience in sales and client service with specific experience in
Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, Predictive Analytics

Demonstrated sales performance in the relevant area over a material timeframe

Experience growing client relationships

Understanding of the analytics marketplace

Understanding the broad technological landscape relevant to the digital/analytics domain

Strong problem solving capabilities with an analytical mind-set

Solid commercial and general business acumen

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Highly motived, with a strong orientation toward client relationships

Ability to handle pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work well with
a diverse customer base and various internal teams

Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership
