They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Digital Analytics Consultant to join the Analytics Services team. The ideal candidate for this key position will possess a rich background in digital analytics, tag management, and online marketing. The candidate should have a natural tendency toward analytical thinking, combined with exemplary client-facing consultative communication skills. They will be naturally curious about technology, businesses, and have a proven history of web and app analytics, including programming or related problem-solving.
Advise Clients on all-things Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and
Data Studio; capabilities of the tool, where to find answers to business questions, and
solutions for integrations with other tools.
Digest Client implementations and data to determine conclusions or methods for
Translate GA and GTM solutions to all audiences, from Marketing teams to
Identify areas of opportunity within Client data and recommend strategic solutions.
Maintain client relationships and be their liaison throughout projects and tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Math, Computer Science, Marketing,
Business, or a related field
3+ years working hands-on with GA and GTM, dashboards and custom reports
3+ years client services experience
Exemplary presentation skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service
Proven ability to solve complex problems with on-time delivery, the highest quality,
and creativity in the approach
Ability to listen and understand business needs and creatively develop solutions
Ability to mentor team members and be a subject matter expert in
