As a member of the Enterprise Analytics team supporting Intelligent Voice Solution, you will be responsible to build and deliver advanced data operations and data analytic solutions to provide data for integrated voice intelligent agents operating on IBM Watson or Google Cloud Speech solutions, etc., as the Conversation AI engine.

The ecosystem application is composed of three major sections: IBM Watson/ Google Cloud Speech API operating as Conversational AI engine, Voice data capture and transcript operation, Pro-state and Post-state data analytic on Google cloud and/or Azure environment.

As a BigData & Cloud Voice Solution Architect you will be driving the design and implementation on the Voice data capture and transcription, manage the data flow and data transformation to provide data feed to IBM Watson, and perform advanced data analytic (NLP, Machine Learning).

The senior application architect will bring solid application design and implementations skill and experience to build and maintain the framework with sharable functions, and integrate the framework with different platform, such as Azure Databricks and/or GCP Dataproc.

Responsibilities include:
Interact with IBM Watson/ Google Cloud Speech Solutions architect to optimize the data flow before and after Voice intelligent solution.

Interact with Telephony SME to solution the voice data capture and manage the implementation of voice transcription effort.

Manage code for automatic environment provision to manage cloud environment focusing on Azure/GCP environment.

Leading Application development team to build and maintain shareable functions with PySpark/Sparke library without platform dependency by using Python Language.

Coordinate with platform provider team to integrate PySpark/Spark Framework with different processing platform, including Azure Databricks, GCP dataproc, and On-prem Spark environment.

Manage DevOps process to integrate the CI/CD pipeline through Jenkins, Gitlab, Nexus Repo, checkmarkrx to ensure development and deployment integration and quality control with automated testing and security governance.

Qualifications:
5+ years of professional, hands-on data management/operations and/or analytic experience

Python and/or PySpark

SQL on RDBMS such as Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server

Big Data / Analytics technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Python, Scala, R, Machine Learning

Telephony and Voice Transcription experience, such as IVR, ICM, WER, WAR, chatbot

DevOps CI/CD with GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus Repo, checkmarkrx, and or other quality control or security governance tools

Strong knowledge of architecture and design patterns and the ability to apply them in analytics projects
