IQ Workforce provides talent services for the analytics community.  Our team provides access to hard-to-find resources across the spectrum…from the technical to the quantitative and all combinations in between. We provide independent consultants, contract-to-hire and full-time recruiting services.

Our client is an independent, mid-sized performance marketing agency.  They were very successful in first incarnation as a direct response agency.  A couple of years ago they began to pivot away from their core business to become a full-service performance marketing agency for mid-market clients.  That transformation is well underway.  The key to their success going forward is going to be the ability to lead with analytics.

The analyst will work closely with the VP Analytics to undertake various marketing analytics assignments for client accounts.  The majority of the work will focus on reporting and presentations for TV advertising optimization and multi-channel digital performance marketing.

This role will support an existing, growing, analytics team and will work closely with the client services and media teams. This is an opportunity to learn and grow quickly as part of a dynamic, innovative, and fast paced team.

Responsibilities include:
The agency’s core offering is finding the smartest mix of media that produces outcomes for clients (sales, awareness). The primary responsibility for the Analyst will be supporting this core offering via insights from analytics. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting multiple client engagements with a suite of analytical reports and presentations.  Specifically, this includes looking for links between performance and initiated / influenced touch points, path length, days to convert, geography, creative, messaging sequence, media mix, etc.

Finding insights in disparate data sources that can refine marketing strategy. This data will include ad server and website tracking events data, client CRM data, as well as media spend data from multiple channels.

The Analyst will work with senior execs on longer term “build” projects that contribute amazing new solutions.
