POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Multi-Solution Marketing Technology Architect to join our fast-growing analytics team. This role will be for a business-minded and data-driven technologist who can serve in the following ways:
Fuel our ability to provide data analysis, insight, and recommendations to our enterprise-level clients through implementation, configuration, and enablement of digital analytics and other marketing technology solutions
Provide our enterprise-level clients with data analysis, insight, and recommendations
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the implementation of enterprise marketing technology solutions, specifically leveraging the following Adobe products: Analytics, Target, and Launch. Experience deploying and integrating other Adobe solutions or competing technologies from other technology partners is highly desired. Exact position/title/responsibility to be determined by experience level.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gathering requirements for analytics and marketing technology projects
Producing requirements, solution design, and strategy documents for clients
Performing comprehensive implementations of marketing technology platforms, primarily Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including Analytics and Target
Demonstrating expert knowledge of tag management systems such as Adobe Launch and Tealium
Designing and deploying data integrations between systems
Providing subject matter support to the sales team as needed
Displaying significant knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS, etc. to facilitate debugging issues and communicating with both internal and client developers
PREFERRED SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES:
Working knowledge of CDP and DMP platforms and how they can be leveraged within a mature marketing technology ecosystem
Understanding and communicating with clients data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) and the impact of those regulations on the collection of marketing and other data
Analyzing and optimizing the customer journey, utilizing a variety of data sources (offline/online, 1st/2nd/3rd party) across channels (web, mobile app, email, store, etc.)
One or more certifications from marketing technology vendors (Adobe, Google, etc.)
