IQ Workforce is a leading recruiting firm for the analytics community. We are working with a blue-chip consumer goods company that has over 70 web properties. They are developing a digital analytics Center of Excellence and this role is a key piece.
The Senior Digital Analyst is responsible for automated and ad-hoc digital analytics reporting as well as delivering insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders globally. This individual and their team will leverage digital analytics data (primarily Adobe Analytics) to improve consumers’ online experience and provide insight into their journey. This requires deep experience in web-based analytics and the ability to provide insight and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders based on analysis and trending of site data.
This person must be able to present analytic findings in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Responsibilities:
Project manage cross-functional analytics projects, partnering across teams to create compelling business insights and presentations.
Analyze web traffic and site behavior for customer and business insights to support business decisions and deliver improved customer site experience and business growth (sales, margin, traffic and conversion).
Analyze national and local campaign results to optimize the paid media spend across marketing channels.
Work with analytics vendors and outside agencies to optimize analytics efforts.
Inform data capture via tagging, tracking, and behavioral measurement plans across all communication tools for paid, earned and owned media.
Track KPIs to measure performance against strategic goals, identify emerging trends and provide insights about the drivers of performance.
Develop data visualizations and executive dashboards for monitoring business performance.
Respond to ad-hoc inquiries about specific web analytics questions.
Requirements:
Significant experience in digital analytics
Strong knowledge of web analytic tools, primarily Adobe Analytics
Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Skilled at synthesizing data, interpret data and process observations into actionable recommendations.
Motivated by continuing education (seminars, classes, magazines, books, etc.).
