Senior Data Integrity & Systems Analyst

Our client is a high profile 2-year old hedge fund located in New York City. They are seeking a Data Integrity Systems Analyst to join a small operations & technology team that is very closely integrated with their trading and investment teams.

Responsibilities

 Maintain ownership of the security master to provide the highest quality of data
for trading, risk and operations

 Responsible for the creation and maintenance of security set-ups across all
systems

 Responsible for understanding the flow of data and ensuring accuracy
throughout the life of a trade across a variety of internal systems

 Respond to portfolio managers, risk, and trading inquiries on positions and P&L
in real-time

 Maintain ownership of relationships with various outside business partners and
data providers

 Perform testing of development upgrades across a variety of systems

 Support the risk team by providing referential data to assist in analysis and
project-based assignments

 Work with the Business Team to develop and build out new capabilities, enhance
infrastructure and streamline processes

Requirements and Personal Characteristics

The individual will have demonstrated an ability to work in a fast-paced, performance driven environment with an ability to exercise sound judgment, incorporating continual
improvement of processes and procedures with a goal of excellence, while focusing on
accuracy and efficiency

 Bachelor’s degree

 2-5 years of industry and systems experience

 Detailed oriented and experience with project management

 Motivated and self-starter

 Experience with OMS, EMS, P&L and attribution systems

 Understanding of data architecture and database management within trading and
portfolio management

 Excellent communication skills

 The highest level of personal integrity and ethical standards
