mindbodygreen is looking for a talented Senior Analytics Manager to own analytics engineering, reporting and analysis. The Senior Manager will inherit one analyst and continue to build the team and the analytics function within Mindbodygreen, including generation of dashboards and reporting suites for teams across the company, as well as owning ad hoc projects to uncover insights to inform business decisions. This position reports directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage all reporting and analysis efforts for eCommerce (DTC supplements, online classes), mbg editorial and leadership teams

Develop KPIs and regular reporting to understand mindbodygreen audience, email, content, marketing (customer acquisition costs, retention, lifetime value), and sales performance

Manage data requests from teams across the org and develop existing Looker model; train colleagues regularly to institute a self-service data culture

Own ad hoc reporting on customer lifecycles, publishing efficiency, SEO, and more; share findings to leadership team on a regular basis

Maintain and continuously improve data structure and set up

Manage a strong data analyst and grow an analytics function in the future

About You:
You have 5+ years of experience working in an analytics or data engineering role

Ecommerce or direct-to-consumer company is a big plus

You’re intellectually curious, unafraid to ask questions, and eager to dive in to solve ambiguous problems to drive the direction of the company

You have a passion for efficiency – a track record of automating manual processes and bringing together multiple data sources in a scrappy, scalable way

You’re power user of Looker, Segment or similar data viz tools

You have experience with DBT or similar ETL tools

You have solid SQL skills

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills

You’re able to prioritize competing tasks and think strategically in a fast-paced, startup environment
