Senior Analyst - Advanced Analytics

This role will sit within their Advanced Analytics / Data Science team and provide analytics consulting services to Fortune 500 clients across the United States.

The role will collaborate across many areas of their business, including service delivery, client engagement, business development, and practice development. The Analytics Consultant will work with customers, helping to design the best processes and approaches for providing decision support capability.

The Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, having the ability to perform analysis directly and the ability to manage the work of others who are part of the project team.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Analytics Consultants partner with clients to provide consultative analytics services. The Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, having the ability to perform analysis directly and the ability to manage the work of others who are part of the project team.

Meet regularly with clients to identify business objectives and needs; define project scope and deliverables that support business goals; collaborate with delivery team and analytics practice leads to deliver projects

Develop tangible analytical projects; communicate project details to clients and internal delivery team via written documents and presentations

Create templates for reports and visual presentations and coordinate effectively with India-based team members to meet client deliverables on time with high quality

Conduct quantitative analysis of company data that results in actionable insights and recommendations
Leverage data visualization and data storytelling techniques to communicate insights.

Ability to deliver analytical support across multiple business domains (marketing, customer support, supply chain / operations, B2B sales, etc.)

Develop and modify statistical models on large datasets to extract trends, measure results and outcomes, and to predict future performance

Collaborate with business development team to pursue new opportunities where your expertise is required

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Business Analytics

Prior experience in building analytical models

Strong creativity, innovative skills to help develop offerings to meet market needs

Very high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to present results of statistical models in business language

Has a history of translating business strategy and objectives into a plan for data collection, reporting, and analysis

Expertise in SQL as well as R and/or Python
