We leverage these insights to simplify the ability for an advertiser to plan, target, and measure their traditional and digital television buys. Using our industry-leading platform, advertisers can deliver efficient and effective TV campaigns across all screens and markets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Utilizes syndicated and proprietary data tools to define audience targets, advise on media plan execution, and assess measurement feasibility for targeted and addressable TV initiatives

Manage end-to-end custom data targeting and measurement process across multiple internal and external stakeholders

Works alongside Ampersand sales executives and responds to internal sales requests in support of addressable campaign proposals

Helps develop new measurement solutions and/or reports via use of internal and external data; must be comfortable presenting results and telling a story to clients

Partners with leading data companies to create custom audience targets and execute a measurement plan

Prepares analytics reports, crafts and visualizes insights, identifies recommendations

Develops best practices for data and measurement approaches in collaboration with Ampersand data team, as well as associated financial opportunity cost

Communicates needs, solves problems in collaboration with external partners and MVPD owners

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree

1-3 years experience in a data role with a publisher, agency, or data/research provider

Demonstrated experience and comfort with targeted media, Addressable TV experience preferred

Ability to synthesize insights with assistance from disparate data sources

Some experience with multiple research methodologies, as well as comfort with working with both 1st and 3rd party data sets

Ability to synthesize a story from data with assistance, working with clients to progress from data to insight to action

Mastery of XLS and PPT

Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, start-up like environment

Ability to simultaneously juggle multiple initiatives while retaining attention to detail
