IQ Workforce is a leading recruiting firm for the analytics community. We are working with one of the top digital publishers in the world on this interesting role. The client develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers.

The Market Research Panel and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the retention and acquisition of our health care professional survey panel. This role will work closely with multiple departments including marketing, data management, product development and survey customer support to plan and execute a panel strategy to successfully drive the market research business forward. In additional this role will have responsibility for key market research account(s) in order to stay close to the performance of the panel on individual projects.

Responsibilities:

Be the primary point of contact in managing the panel build & maintenance process from start to finish.

Think strategically to propose & develop panel retention, engagement & acquisition strategies through analysis of the available panel data & knowledge of external panel management best practices.

Execute panel strategies on your own and by working with internal resources and vendors
Enhance our ability to target HCP’s by building a member profile database.

Standardize panel reports and work with the internal teams to produce these reports in order to monitor panel and market research business health.

Continuously monitor the panel and business health reports, prepare presentations and present this information to management.

Master the panel and project execution platform.

Master the end-to-end execution for the market research account(s) you manage including feasibility, pricing, delivery of survey completes, project management.

Project budgeting and revenue forecasting for the market research account(s) you manage.

Evaluate the relationship for your accounts, look for ways to improve the relationships and grow the overall business.

Qualifications:

Significant years of applicable experience in market research, marketing or panel management.

Extensive experience with traditional and digital market research techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ability to multi-task among many different projects at once

Must have excellent communication skills to manage client and stakeholder expectations.

Ability to problem solve and think creatively.

Must be self-motivated in order to drive initiatives forward with minimal guidance.

Demonstrated proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Expertise with MS-Excel and pivot table experience
