Manager / Director of Analytics

In this role you will have the opportunity to grow an existing 7-figure analytics consulting practice. They are looking for a senior analytics leader to head their analytics practice.
Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize a highly functional team of analysts and technical talent
• Creating focused analytical product offerings
• Developing processes to streamline project delivery
• Developing content (articles, white papers, videos) to be used for lead generation and industry thought leadership
• Manage client projects which often include:
– Implementing data collection and marketing automation tools
– Creating reporting including dashboards and visualization
– Developing and executing digital measurement strategies
– Data validation and accuracy
Requirements include:
• Extensive experience in digital or marketing analytics role, preferably in an analytics agency or well-known eCommerce brands
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Excellent organizational skills
• Technologically inclined, including learning new tools quickly and training others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to read a room and tailor your message and style for the audience
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools
• Experience with Tag Management tools including Tealium, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Segment
• Experience with building dashboards and integrating data in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Expert Excel / Google Sheets Experience
