Senior Analyst, Advanced TV Data

We are working with a unique company in the media space. NCC Media is jointly owned by three of the nation’s largest cable companies: Comcast, Spectrum, and Cox. They are uniquely capable of providing national, regional and local marketers the ability to reach consumers in premium television programming and in targeted online content on every screen.
They are currently looking for a senior analyst who can make an impact using their cutting edge addressable TV & digital video data. The role will start out as an individual contributor but can take on a small team of analysts in the near future.
Responsibilities:
Utilizes syndicated and proprietary data tools to define audience targets, advise on media plan execution, and assess measurement feasibility for targeted and addressable TV initiatives
Manage end-to-end custom data targeting and measurement process across multiple internal and external stakeholders
Works alongside NCC sales executives and responds to internal sales requests in support of addressable campaign proposal requests
Helps develop new measurement solutions and/or reports via use of internal and external data; must be comfortable presenting results and telling a story to clients
Partners with leading data companies to create custom audience targets and execute a measurement plan
Prepares analytics reports, crafts and visualizes insights, identifies recommendations
Develops best practices for data and measurement approaches in collaboration with NCC data team, as well as associated financial opportunity cost
Communicates needs, solves problems in collaboration with external partners and owners
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Significant experience in a data role with a publisher, agency, or data/research provider
Demonstrated experience and comfort with targeted media, expertise in Addressable TV strongly preferred
Ability to synthesize insights from disparate data sources
Experience with multiple research methodologies, as well as comfort with working with both 1st and 3rd party data sets
Ability to synthesize a story from data, working with clients to progress from data to insight to action
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, start-up like environment
Ability to simultaneously juggle multiple initiatives while retaining attention to detail
