This client has a center of excellence (COE) for Marketing Enablement and Distribution. They support all LOBs globally to help them better understand their markets and the clients they serve. The testing and optimization arm of this group provides specific expertise in the ownership and growth of the company’s enterprise-wide testing, optimization, and personalization program.

This group is looking to grow and add another Lead Manager.

The Lead Manager will act as a testing, optimization, and personalization subject matter expert (SME) and be an active participant in all phases of the “testing life-cycle”. Lead Managers will be required to work closely with a variety of internal and external business partners. This would include partnering with the business unit leaders to develop a testing plan and raodmap. The Lead Manager is often involved with business partners before the initiation of the testing effort, in the conceptualization phase, and acts to understand business goals and objectives and maps them against testing and optimization capabilities.

Responsibilities include:
Applies expert knowledge of testing/optimization/personalization concepts, tools, and ‘best practice’ techniques to build and sustain trusted partnerships and relationships across the business and technical functions and external organizations

Help evangelize and grow the internal testing program

Influence quarterly testing roadmaps based on analytics

Created detailed A/B testing plans for prioritized projects. Represents the business needs in further phases of testing projects identified in conceptualization

Stays abreast of testing & optimization strategies and best practices. Proactively monitors industry trends

Helps business partners identify and clarify their testing goals and requirements

Communicates business needs with leaders and technology to determine alignment between business needs and testing/optimization/personalization capabilities

SME experience in at least one major testing platform. Adobe Target experience preferred, but not required

Experiance managing a testing program / calendar

Demonstrated experience in advanced strategic business visioning and planning skills

Demonstrated ability to develop alternative solutions to the most complex problems and recommending the best solution to the business and project teams

Able to manage change and cope with complex and ambiguous situations

Possesses the ability to use effective facilitation skills and techniques to effectively influence with clients at various levels in the organization

Proficient javascript and associated coding experience

Experience with usage of Adobe Test and Target and its visual editor to develop campaigns/ activities for the purpose of audience targeting and personalization
