Our client is a leader in the online brokerage industry.  They are building a new Customer Information Management (CIM) group for end-to-end reporting & analysis across the digital enterprise.

They are seeking an effective communicator who can think critically to help impact outcomes and decisions. The position reports to the Senior Director of Data Science and Customer Information Management within the Strategy and BI team.


Interact with business partners to better understand informational needs and to recommend the best way to address

Partner with Business Analytics team to deliver on strategic metrics in the digital area

Mine data to arrive at specific and crucial information for the organization

Combine data from multiple disparate sources like Enterprise Data Warehouse, Omniture SiteCatalyst, Log File Data in Impala/Hive to Query and extract data

Embrace innovation in the digital space by monitoring trends and new technologies and making recommendations to key stakeholders as appropriate

Create measurement plans to ensure optimal information is being captured for future analysis and incorporate industry best practices into daily work and team processes

Understand executive management’s information needs and contribute to related solution roadmaps

Enforce consistency in data interpretation across team


Ideal candidate should have deep analytics experience. Must have a good knowledge of Digital Analytics and understanding of current digital concepts.

Strong understanding of database concepts and writing efficient SQL IS A PLUS.

Experience with non-relational databases (Hadoop, NoSQL) IS A PLUS.

Experience working with both structured and unstructured data IS A PLUS.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines.

Ability to work independently and operate effectively in a cross-functional, cross-cultural, multi-time zone environment.
