Head of Marketing
Location: New York OR Remote / Virtual Office
Job Type:
Head of Marketing is responsible for driving revenue generation from ideation to implementation across all channels for our DTC businesses. He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy, leveraging data and insights to drive results, and managing and motivating a team with meaningful KPIs.
Relevant industry experience:
DTC scale up experience (preferably, from small size, ~$1-2m to $25-30m)
Passionate about building a business profitably
Premium brand, experience in building brand foundation
Health/wellness, beauty or similar industries, supplements experience preferred
Direct experience in multiple aspects of marketing
Ability to generate strong marketing/growth ideas and programs across multiple channels, such as:
Content marketing
Nurturing funnels
CRM/email marketing
Paid
Affiliate
Ambassador
Influencer
Strong creative sensibilities
Strong analytical ability, data-curious, ability to run and read own basic data tables, if needed
Aptitude:
Generalist, ability to roll-up the sleeves and drive any marketing project
Operator, who holds the team accountable to KPIs
