Our client is one of the premiere consumer financial services brands in the world. Their BI group is responsible for conducting data driven analysis to deliver insights that enable the management team and functional leads make informed business decisions. As the Head of Digital Analytics, this position will work closely with the Office of the President, internal strategy team as well as business and transformation leads in defining and executing strategic analyses aimed at uncovering insights and intelligence into observed trends.

They are looking for a highly motivated, consultative-minded individual with deep experience in the digital space. The successful candidate brings outstanding analytical, problem-solving and business management skills. The position reports to the Head of Business Intelligence within the Strategy and Business Intelligence organization, and the group reports directly to the President of the Company.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with Senior Management across the Digital and Marketing functions to understand their reporting and analysis needs

Define and design key performance scorecards and provide guidance to the reporting and information management team to build standardized reporting and visualizations that provide insights into the health of the overall business

Partner with technology on implementing tools and platforms for “Big Data” analysis and develop real time dashboards and reporting

Effectively collaborate across product & channel functional and BI teams on an ongoing basis

Leveraging adeptness with deep user-level analysis to perform advanced analysis across platforms to find patterns and explain usage; differentiate behavior by segment, and make targeting recommendations

Present findings of analyses in a clear, compelling and concise manner

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience, preferably within marketing and/or digital analytics. Strong understanding of web and mobile analytics expected

Experience working with Adobe Analytics; working knowledge with Hadoop and Big Data tools such as Elastisearch, Kibana, Hive, Pig, or Impala is a plus

Excellent end-to-end analytical skills – ability to structure ambiguous problem statements, perform analysis, gather insights and package findings in a clear and consumable manner.

Strategic thinker who is able to understand the ‘big picture’

Strong leadership skills; experience in leading small-mid size teams and mentoring/guiding team members to continually develop skill sets within the team

Strong verbal & written presentation skills as well as (internal) client management and relationship building skills

Strong proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of Business Intelligence tools and capabilities considered a plus.
