They are hiring a Director of Analytics in their Atlanta office to drive improvements in customer growth and engagement by analyzing, measuring and recommending solutions through data. This exciting opportunity will propel the growth of several of their top digital properties.

This leader will bring significant experience in analytics, product KPIs, goal setting, experimentation and reporting. They will collaborate with other data leaders to improve the apartment rental platforms abilities involving data modeling, testing platforms and data visualization. This is a collaborative environment, where this Director will work cross-functionally with the product team as we enhance experimentation and user testing, in addition to, engineering and data team to interpret test results, surveys and website transactions via analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of diverse skill set in data science, web analytics and business analysis.

Build excellent relationships with teammates, and stakeholders across projects and provide guidance, coaching, knowledge sharing, and present solutions

Develop and discover strategies with clear prioritized roadmaps focused on inferences through analysis, modeling, experimentations with a focus on defining and moving business KPIs

Provide advance forecast models that provide advertising account managers with accurate predictions on running campaigns.

Apply data mining techniques and build high quality predictions that are both actionable and understandable to technical and nontechnical stakeholders and executives.

Make a business impact by improving processes, launching and refining products and adding quantify value to the pre-existing data organization.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in, Statistics, Engineering, Math, Economics, Marketing, PR or specialized professional training or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in a management role

5+ years of dedicated mixed data skill sets for an agency or in-house

Advanced understanding with web analytics and tag management (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, FullStory, Google Tag Manager, and more)

Proficiency with data science tools, such as data analysis programming language (R/Python)

Proficiency with relational databases (i.e. SQL)

Proficiency with data warehousing systems like Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery.

Ability to provide critical thinking skills to solve problems and think strategically

Solid data analysis skills and the ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets; strong
Excel and quantitative analysis skills.

Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced online environment.

Proven ability to work closely with both technical (product and engineering) teams as well as a wide variety of key stakeholders across disparate functional areas in the company.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable with speaking in front of a wide variety of audiences including company executives.

Ability to lead top talent and inspire creativity of team members

Agile product management and software development experience
