Position Overview

This role is a part of a new agency being launched within the Omnicom Media Group family. The company will be called “Outcomes,” and will include a highly specialized group of performance marketers focused on delivering on tight outcome-driven KPIs for clients. As Director of Activation, this role will oversee a group of hands-on-keyboard outcomes specialists. This role will also frequently meet with client teams and clients to present capabilities, manage expectations, and sell capabilities.

Reports to: Head/VP of Outcomes, US


• Liaison in between client teams and external partners to deliver on outcomes for clients
• Managing team of hands-on keyboard activation specialists to deliver campaigns and reporting
• Develop sales material for client teams to sell capabilities
• Produce forecasts for prospective campaigns
• Optimize campaign tactics to deliver on client KPIs


• 7+ years in performance marketing with client management experience
• 1+ years in management / leadership role
• Operational excellence activating YouTube OR programmatic media on strict outcome goals
• Comfortable producing and presenting reports to CBLs and clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
