Senior Director, Lifecycle Marketing and CRM

Role & Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Director, Lifecycle and CRM to lead our growing email/CRM team with the primary goal to grow our customer base across channels, drive retention, and increase LTV for our products. You’ll report to the GM of eCommerce and will work in lock-step with key members of the growth pod, including our creative team, data analysts, paid media manager and many other talented, passionate colleagues.
You will support and develop CRM marketers in your team.
Develop and execute our lifecycle strategy across multiple business units; this includes welcome series emails, cross-sell/upsell and winback programs, and other triggered email and SMS programs.
Define and manage customer segmentations.
Develop a robust A/B testing and optimization program of our CRM campaigns along with measurement strategies to quantify impact on short- and long-term revenue and retention.
Create a consistent and synchronized, omni-channel engagement and retention plan across: digital, website, customer service, direct mail, media and marketing channels.
Contribute to go-to-market planning for key products.
Partner with the Head of Data to create performance dashboards; translate metrics into insights and lead weekly report-outs to the executive team.
Develop and execute a loyalty/membership/rewards program.
7+ years of customer lifecycle or retention experience – ideally for a DTC eCommerce company
The ideal candidate is results-driven, growth-oriented, obsessive about analyzing consumer data, and brings deep experience in building customer-centric lifecycle programs
Proven track record of delivering measurable results
Experience with subscription products or services is a plus
Experience across different ESPs, proficiency in Klaviyo is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Customer-obsessed with a desire to learn about who we serve
Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution, not above rolling up the sleeves and diving into execution
Excellent project management and organizational skills. Experience with
Looker and Shopify is a plus
Track record of success in founder-led startups a plus
