Our client is one of the top brands in the entertainment and media space. They are looking for a digital analytics manager for one of their fastest growing business units.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for defining and maintaining best practices surrounding web analytics on all websites
Create and build reports or dashboard to analyze key performance indicators.
Analyze relevant data and generate reports/presentations that provide actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
Run all business and technical aspects of Adobe/Omniture SiteCatalyst and tag management implementation – including defining requirements for new features or properties, ensuring data integrity of new and existing tracking, working with marketing and merchandising teams to help drive their businesses, implementing third party pixels.
Collaborate with the rest of the Web Product team and be the touch point for all IT based initiatives and on-site testing.
Implement on-site A/B testing strategies and evaluate results to optimize website performance across multiple areas (Marketing, Product, Sales, etc)

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or a quantitative field like Economics, Mathematics or Statistics.
3-5 years of web analytics experience.
Proven ability to apply findings to business problems to lift revenue and profits.
Knowledge of web analytics packages and tag management systems (e.g. Omniture, Visual Sciences, Coremetrics or Google Analytics – Ensighten, Signal, Adobe DTM, etc.).
Candidates must excel in the following areas: strong attention to details, flexibility and interest for learning new skills/tools, strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, organization, project management, presentation skills, and interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
