They are currently seeking an Analytics & Marketing Technology Consultant to join their fast-growing analytics team. This role will be for a business-minded and data-driven technologist who can serve in the following ways:

Fuel our ability to provide data analysis, insight, and recommendations to our enterprise-level clients through implementation, configuration, and enablement of digital analytics and other marketing technology solutions

Provide our enterprise-level clients with data analysis, insight, and recommendations

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the implementation of enterprise marketing technology solutions, primarily Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target. Experience using other marketing technology platforms is a plus. Exact position/title/responsibility to be determined by experience level.

Gathering requirements for analytics and marketing technology projects

Producing requirements, solution design, and strategy documents for clients

Performing comprehensive implementations of marketing technology platforms, primarily Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target

Demonstrating expert knowledge of tag management systems, primarily Adobe Launch (bonus points for others like Google Tag Manager or Tealium)

Designing and deploying data integrations between systems

Providing subject matter support to the sales team as needed

Displaying significant knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS, etc. to facilitate debugging issues and communicating with both internal and client developers

Possess expertise in a wide variety of marketing technology platforms

Provide on-going and ad hoc analysis to generate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders as well as clients

Analyze and optimize the customer journey, utilizing a variety of data sources (offline/online, 1st/3rd party) across channels (onsite, in app, email, store, etc.)

Utilize experience in UX/UI principals and behavioral economics to drive business decisions

Display expertise in automating the collection of data and visualizing it using tools like Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc
