We are working with a unique company in the media space. NCC Media is jointly owned by three of the nation’s largest cable companies: Comcast, Spectrum, and Cox. They are uniquely capable of providing national, regional and local marketers the ability to reach consumers in premium television programming and in targeted online content on every screen.
They are looking for an Analytics Manager who can be a player/coach to a small but growing team of analysts. The team works with advertisers, delivering recommendations and “story telling” to explain complex cross-channel audience issues.
Take over a small team of analysts. Manage and build the team to keep up with the demands of clients.
Utilize large 1st and 3rd party data sets to delivering insights into TV and digital ad effectiveness
Connect and explain ad exposure based on offline and online datasets
Collaborate with research and marketing teams at advertiser clients in developing insights and understanding value of NCC Advanced TV measurement products
Build stories using complex data files; ensure client readouts are in alignment with brand’s measurement goals and/or learning agenda
Proactively run new analyses anticipating client needs; manages analysis follow-ups over the course of lengthy client partnerships
Weave together multiple KPIs and research initiatives into one overarching, concise story; creates executive summaries in support of periodic client business reviews
Collaborates with NCC Client Partnerships and Advanced Media teams to understand media strategy and execution details for NCC Advanced TV programs
Significant experience in a research/insights/analysis role with a publisher, agency, or data/research provider
Ability to synthesize insights from disparate data sources
Comfort with working on-site with brand marketing teams
Experience with multiple research methodologies, as well as comfort with working with both 1st and 3rd party data sets
Proven ability with and passion for telling a story with data, working with clients to progress from data to insight to action
Mastery of XLS and PPT
Willingness to travel
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, start-up like environment
Ability to simultaneously juggle multiple initiatives while retaining attention to detail
