AD / Director of Anaytics (Healthcare Marketing)

Our client is one of the one of the world’s premiere healthcare and wellness agencies.  They have a small analytics team that they are looking to grow in 2018.

They are currently looking to add an AD / Director of Analytics to manage high profile client data needs across key accounts. This person will be both “hands on” in producing customized visualizations and analyses from the ground up, as well as client facing, responsible for presenting their work to both internal and external client partners. Subject matter experience in direct marketing, digital analytics and CRM is required.

The Director of Analytics will be responsible for creating detailed visualizations that ladder back to the overall brand and marketing strategy. In addition, the Director will translate the visualizations into actionable, highly detailed project streams, which he/she will also manage.  Working with Project Management and Digital Production Teams, the Director of Analytics will proactively create all customized site / eCRM tags and ensure proper implementation of the web analytics tools being used.

Responsibilities Include:
Actively contribute to, develop and manage analytically-oriented projects from inception to delivery, including client communication and the packaging / presentation of deliverables

Working with cross functional teams and in-line business teams (e.g. Account, Strategy, Project Management, Digital Production)

Analyze data and develop well-thought out insights/recommendations, and drive concrete/client focused recommendations

Provide analytical solutions regarding marketing effectiveness, across marketing channels, to improve client decision-making

Collaborate with clients to develop clear business and measurement objectives/plans

Collaborate with multiple internal teams to build a robust marketing strategy for the client

Clearly articulate project goals and objectives to technical and non-technical audiences

Serve as project lead on multiple engagements

Effectively communicate to management and clients via presentations and reports

Ensure high quality deliverables are met in a timely manner

Contribute to department growth through participation in agency pitches, lunch n’ learns and other new business presentations

Qualifications:
SME experience in marketing & digital analytics in a direct / digital marketing environment

Two years in Pharmaceutical Marketing (HCP preferred)

Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics is required. Deeper experience in tagging QA is a strong plus

Knowledge of quantitative testing methods and experimental design is required

Familiarity with data visualization software (Tableau, Spotfire, QlikView) and Social Monitoring (e.g. Radian6), and Competitive Monitoring (e.g. comScore, Compete)

Strong oral and written communications skills

Working knowledge of online media tracking, tagging and reporting is strongly desired

Familiar with SQL and database structures and BI/dashboard tools

Experience working with statistical software such as SAS or SPSS a plus
