Situation: The company had recently hired a new President for their N. American business with a mandate to transform the business and position it for growth. After an initial review of their business, he wanted to transform their product and marketing organization by upgrading their talent and developing new procedures for product launches, including re-branding the company.
Our Solution: IQ Workforce undertook a search assignment which resulted in three permanent hires into their product team. Based on the client’s requirements, the permanent hires came out of top tier consulting firms post business school. In addition, we provided two consultants who worked with the client for close to a year developing a new framework for product launches, developed and executed the branding strategy and essentially worked as extensions of the client team.
