Situation: Our client is an industry leading retailer and healthcare company. They were combining the resources from CVS and Caremark companies to create a unified CVS Health. This included building out an enterprise Digital Analytics & Optimization group.

Solution: Working directly with the newly hired Sr. Director of Analytics & Optimization were able to help hire a Sr. Manager of Implementation & Tag Management and a Manager of Testing. The Sr. Director was able to grow the implementation and testing functions of his group.

Prior to the merger, we also helped Caremark hire 5 marketing analytics professionals that we rolled into enterprise analytics organization when the re-org was finalized.
