Situation: The client had a successful business that had started to decline as their products and services were becoming dated and less relevant for the market. The client wanted to get a better understanding of changes in the market and understand what they needed to turn to grow their business more aggressively.

Working with the client, they developed a refined service offering that leveraged the core capabilities of the business and incorporated new elements that addressed changes in the market. The project lasted eight weeks and delivered a strategy, new capabilities definition, implementation plan, and a revised pitch deck.
