Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer

Corry has spent 20+ years in executive recruiting and has built a number of successful staffing firms.

Corry founded IQ Workforce in 2005 and built it into a leading recruiting firm for analytics talent.  In recent years IQ Workforce has become a leader in providing Talent On-Demand for the strategy and analytics communities.  His team staffs hundreds of independent consulting projects and full time roles each year… from analysts up to the C-Suite.

Throughout his career, Corry has specialized in developing innovative talent sourcing and delivery models.


Imtiaz Patel

Co-founder, President

Imtiaz has had an extensive career in management consulting and industry focused on strategy, cost reduction, marketing and sales force effectiveness.

As a consultant with Deloitte, Kurt Salmon and Scient, Imtiaz led engagements with large global brands like Colgate-Palmolive, Walmart, Tiffany & Co. and JC Penney.

In industry, Imtiaz held numerous strategy and operational roles at The Wall Street Journal leading a series of fundamental change initiatives and making WSJ the only publisher experiencing growth… eventually becoming the #1 newspaper in the US.

Most recently he was the Head of Strategy for The Children’s Place where he led a series of growth initiatives into new channels and markets.

Sharad Dabral

Managing Director of Executive Search

Sharad has lead advanced analytic teams as a strategic data science thought leader and hiring manager at major companies, including MasterCard, New York Life, Rapp Collins and AT&T. Her recent successes in executive recruiting are buoyed by her previous experiences as an executive and line manager, building these large teams. She successfully managed the challenges of hiring talent then, just like today, except now she does it for our clients!

Over the past nine years Sharad has run a search company and pivoted to being an Executive Recruiter staying true to her passion and area of specialization. She has been successfully sourcing Senior Executives in Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Strategic Consulting at Smith Hanley since 2008. She managed the practice offering Contingency Search or a Retained Search Partnership allowing clients maximum flexibility to fit their need for speed, focus and the role’s complexity.

At IQ Workforce, Sharad’s expertise will offer a significantly increased capability for Senior and Executive Level Searches in fast growing area of Data Science and Big Data Analytics.

Sharad is based in New York and has an M.S. in Physics and MBA in Marketing.

Skip Shaw

George (Skip) Shaw

Managing Director

Skip Shaw is the former President/CEO of Mattingly Sports, a consumer goods start-up launched with former Yankee Don Mattingly.. Prior to joining Mattingly, Skip was the managing partner of Accenture’s Global Aerospace and Defense practice and the Electronics and High Tech Industry Practice in the Eastern US. In this role, he was responsible for the services and offerings Accenture delivered to the OEM’s and their Supply Chain partners within the Aerospace Industry, and the leading clients in the High Tech space. In 2000, Skip served as the acting COO for the aerospace industry’s leading online marketplace, Exostar, at its inception and oversaw the launch of the business, including the development of product offerings and the establishment and staffing of the company’s business processes and organization.

After joining Accenture in 1989, Skip specialized in the driving transformational change programs in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain, B2B exchanges, IT strategy, and ERP implementation in aerospace and defense and high-tech manufacturing.

Skip began his career in the aerospace industry, first at General Dynamics Fort Worth division in Engineering Administration and then spent l3 years working in IT, ERP, Finance and Operations with Sikorsky Aircraft. He has published a number of articles on issues facing the Aerospace industry, and been a speaker at numerous industry seminars. He is certified at the fellow level by APICS. Skip earned his BBA and MBA degrees from the University of North Texas.
