In this role, you will collaborate across many areas of our business, including service delivery, client engagement, business development, and practice development. The Lead Optimization Consultant will work from our client’s office location if based in Amsterdam, or will travel as needed (up to 50% of the time) if located in our London HQ.
Play a key role in the client’s optimization program by analyzing and monitoring A/B and multivariate tests results. Formulate the story behind the data and provide actionable recommendations to an executive audience.
Build and manage a team of digital analytics & optimization professionals to meet the needs of the engagement.
Manage a team of off-shore analyst to help reach the client volume and quality goals in a virtual environment. Track the productivity of the team and provide mentorship when necessary
Design and develop scalable analytics templates to facilitate the effective and efficient execution of the analysis projects
Manage the project by working closely with clients and offshore analyst to ensure meeting the deliverable deadline, volume goal and quality of the output
Analyze and present the actionable insights to the client and maintain knowledge management documentation for future reference
Clearly align with client goals and requirements for optimizing their digital properties and suggest improvements where appropriate. Track and report regularly on progress to client
Significant to extensive experience with online A/B tests with a major testing platform (e.g., Adobe Target, Optmizely, Maxymiser or Monetate)
Significant experience conducting post-test analysis for A/B split tests
Experience on Adobe Analytics
Experience in UX analysis.
Can quickly and accurately identify insights through data to explain user behavior and package into a story for the client
Good command skill and experienced in presenting to an executive audience
