Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company based out of the Bay area. Their internal recruiting team was hit with a wave of turnover and they were struggling to fill positions. Delays in filling key roles were causing problems in several areas of the business.
Recruiting needs spanned across customer analytics, predictive modeling, data science and data infrastructure roles. They needed immediate recruiting bandwidth with deep subject matter expertise.
We placed two recruiting coordinators on site with the client to project manage the process (scheduling, gathering feedback, reporting). The coordinators act as intermediaries between hiring managers and our analytics recruiting team.
Our analytics recruiting team sources and screens fields of candidates for each of their roles while our recruiting coordinators manage the process.
We filled 13 analytics, marketing and product roles in the first 12-weeks. We also started 2 independent consultants. The client has hired one of our recruiting coordinators and is using our recruiting on demand services as-needed going forward.
